Q: How do I become a Sans & Sans Silver, Gold or Platinum Member?
A1: Silver: Simply make your first purchase to be a Silver Member.
A2: Gold: Qualify to be a Gold Member with an accumulated purchase of $400 and above within a year from your first purchase, or by making a one-time purchase of $400 and above.
A3: Platinum: Qualify to be a Platinum Member with an accumulated purchase of $1000 and above within a year from your first purchase, or by making a one-time purchase of $1000 and above.

Q: How do I enjoy my privileges?
A: Provide your mobile number or NRIC at the points of purchase. Please provide your birthday to enjoy your member birthday privileges.

Q: I am already a member of the SANS & SANS VIP Membership Program; what happens to that membership account?
A: Yes, as an existing Privilege Membership member of SANS & SANS, you are automatically become Silver Member. However, if your purchase on 2016 more than $400 you will be automatically upgraded to be Gold Member; If your purchase more than $1000, you will be automatically upgraded to Platinum Member.

Q: Can I enjoy Sans & Sans member privileges in your overseas stores?
A: Member privileges are only valid in the country where the privilege membership has been registered. Memberships registered through Sans & Sans retail stores overseas is not valid at Sans & Sans retail stores in Singapore.

Q: I forgot to inform the cashier I am a member, can I still earn points after making the purchase?
A: Points must be accumulated on the same day of purchase only. Previous or backdated receipts are not valid for points accumulation. Customers are required to inform the cashier they wish to accumulate points prior to making payment.

Q: Can I give my points to my friends/family?
A: Sans & Sans member points will only be awarded for purchases made by the member. Points or vouchers issued are non-transferable.

Q: Is there an expiry to my privilege membership?
A: 2 years from the date of registration.

Q: How do I renew my membership?
A: Simply make any purchase for renewal.

Q: If I am a foreigner, will I be eligible for the SANS & SANS Membership Privileges?
A: Yes, however you will need a local mobile number for points redemption

Q: If I am a tourist, will I be eligible for the SANS & SANS Membership Privileges?
We regret to inform you that you will not be eligible for SANS & SANS Membership Privileges. However, as a tourist you are entitled to a welcome gift from us with $150 purchase.

Q: Do points expire?
A: Points will expire 12 months from the date of earning.

Q: How can I redeem my points?
A: Simply inform our staff that you would like to redeem your points instantly to offset your purchase. Quote your mobile number or NRIC at the point of payment to redeem your Redemption Dollars. A ONE-TIME Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number for the purpose of security and prevention of fraud. Updating of personal details and mobile number can be done via e-mail to admin@sans-sans.com.sg or by dropping any of our outlets.

Q: How do I check the status of my membership tier, points balance, and rewards?
A: You can check with our staff in store. At the moment, we are working on the membership portal, till then you can log in to check your membership details.

Q: How do I accumulate my purchases?
A: Ensure that you have provide your mobile number or NRIC at the points of purchase. Your purchase will be recorded into your member account.

Q: I have attained an accumulated purchase of $400 and above within a year from my first purchase. Do I have to activate my Gold membership?
A: No, your privileges will be activated automatically.

Q: I have attained an accumulated purchase of $1000 and above within a year from my first purchase. Do I have to activate my Platinum membership?
A: No, your privileges will be activated automatically.

Q: How do I enjoy my 20% discount during my Birthday month?
A: A 20$ off e-voucher will be credited to your account on the first day of your birthday month. Voucher code will be sent to your registered mobile number for security and verification purpose. Please present it to our staff at the points of purchase.
